The property has excellent highway access, consists of 54.7 acres and has more than 600,000 square feet of retail space. It is located in Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is approximately 100 km east of Vancouver and is one of the fastest growing regions in the province.

The demand for a shopping center of this magnitude was apparent, as five anchor tenants showed serious interest before
the approval process was complete. To reduce risk, the project was developed in stages. The buildings are Class “A” commercial real estate strip style design; construction consists of a mixture of tilt-up concrete and steel stud frames.
