7.2 Email Service Provider
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to and stored within our email system. We use standard email services to receive and manage inquiries. Your information is not used by our email provider for any purpose other than transmitting and delivering your message to us.
7.3 WordPress and Site Plugins
Our Site is built on WordPress and uses a number of plugins to support its operation, including security (Wordfence), performance (WP Rocket), backup (UpdraftPlus), and spam filtering (Akismet) tools. These plugins may process limited technical information (such as IP addresses) in the course of their normal operation. We do not share your personal contact information with these service providers beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Site.

Once your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or de-identify it.
